Become A Dealer
Nabatak Inc. reserves the right to sell only to dealers/retailers possessing a current state issued Sales Tax Permit in the name of a bait, tackle, sporting goods or convenience store. Retailers must have a permanent business location, separate from their residence, stock the merchandise that we sell, and be open to the public while maintaining regular business hours. Nabatak, Inc. does not knowingly sell to individuals who wish to purchase solely for their own use or for that of their friends. We do not sell to internet only operations, a storefront is required. These requirements allow us to protect our customers, the Retailers, who make their living selling retail sporting goods.
In order to establish an account the following requirements must be met:
*Completion of Dealer Application
*Uploaded copy of state issued Sales Tax Permit
*Uploaded picture of your storefront showing signage and inside of store-please make sure your picture is under 1mb for upload.
Completion of the requested information does not guarantee approval to purchase. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, and you will be notified via email as to the status of your request. All orders for new Dealers will be sent COD Money Order/Cashiers Check unless paid in advance with cash, check, or credit card.
